My Quatrain
The rain is pouring
the lady went snoring
the bucket hit her head
she died in the morning

the bucket hit her head
she died in the morning
Robert Frost
Robert Lee Frost was born in San Francisco. In 1885 he moved with his family to Lawrence, Massachusetts. He became interested in poetry in high school. He went to Dartmouth College and Harvard University. After leaving school he became a teacher, a cobbler, and an editor of the newspaper the Lawrence Sentinel. His first published poem was My Butterfly An Elegy in the New York literary journal The Independent in 1894.
“She had some art of hearing and yet not
Hearing the latter wisdom of the world.
White was the only race she ever knew.
Black she had scarcely seen, and yellow never.

Lee Bennett Hopkins
Lee Bennett Hopkins was a poet who wrote poetry for children. That was his main focus. His variety of topics include animals, holidays, the seasons, and works of noted poets like Walt Whitman and Carl Sandburg. (Quote from Hopkins: Poetry, Hopkins stated in Instructor magazine, "should come to [children] as naturally as breathing, for nothing--no thing: can ring and rage through hearts and minds as does this genre of literature.")
Humpty Dumpty sat on a wall.
Humpty Dumpty had a great fall.
All the King's horses and all the King's men
Couldn't put Humpty together again.

Robert Frost Vs. Lee Bennett Hopkins
I think Robert Frost has a very good poet and knows what he is doing but if I had to pick I would pick Lee Bennett Hopkins because the famous Humpty Dumpty is great. It rhymes and is a perfect quatrain. They compare because they are both famous and great poetry authors. Both of them have made many poems so they both have great experience.
